CRPF Organizes Free Medical Camp in Upper Dhargloon near LoC distt. Poonch

In a humanitarian gesture, B/246 CRPF, in collaboration with local authorities, successfully organized a free medical camp in Tehsil Balakote, Poonch .
The camp aimed to provide essential healthcare services to the local population, particularly those living in remote and underserved areas.
The medical camp was inaugurated by Sh. Sunil Kumar , Commandant, 246 CRPF, in the presence of Sh, Rajnish Kumar 2IC/246 BN CRPF, Sh. Jai Singh Yadav (A/C), local dignitaries and officials.
A team of experienced doctors and medical staff from CRPF 246BN and local doctors from PHC Dhargloon provided free consultations, check-ups, and medicines to over 327 patients.
The camp also featured health awareness programs, emphasizing the importance of sanitation, hygiene, and preventive healthcare.
The event was well-received by the local community, who appreciated the CRPF’s efforts to improve their access to healthcare services.
This initiative is part of the CRPF’s ongoing efforts to engage with local communities and promote social welfare. The force remains committed to supporting the local population and contributing to the region’s development.
